Parties

This agreement is made between Novera Media – Hüseyin Ege Ermiş (sole proprietorship), address: Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mah. No:30, Kağıthane / Istanbul, email: info@noveramedia.com, phone: +90 545 237 58 46 (the “Seller”), and the user or business purchasing the service (the “Buyer”).

1. Subject of the agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations relating to the online purchase and use of the digital software and services provided by the Seller (Sodo CRM, Graft Analyzer and other digital products).

2. Nature and delivery of the service

2.1. All products offered by the Seller are provided online. There is no physical delivery.

2.2. When payment is completed, the Buyer’s account is created and access to the service is granted.

2.3. Performance of the digital service is deemed to start when payment is completed.

3. Order and payment

3.1. The Buyer confirms the order by choosing the service and a payment method.

3.2. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. The Seller does not store card details.

3.3. The agreement takes effect when the order is completed and payment is confirmed.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

4.1. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly.

4.2. Once the service has been made available, the subscription fee is not refunded.

4.3. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the Seller’s discretion.

5. Subscription and cancellation

5.1. The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time.

5.2. No refund is made for the remaining subscription period.

5.3. The service can be used until the end of the subscription period; access is deactivated when the subscription ends.

6. Terms of use and responsibilities

6.1. The Buyer agrees to use the service lawfully and with accurate information.

6.2. If account sharing, false information, misuse or a security breach is detected, the Seller may stop the service or suspend the account.

7. Intellectual property

All software, content, logos, images and documents provided as part of the service are the intellectual property of Novera Media. The Buyer may not copy or distribute them without the Seller’s written permission.

8. Data and privacy

The Buyer will take care to keep confidential the data provided during the service. The Seller takes the necessary measures to protect personal data; the Privacy Policy applies for details.

9. Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this agreement, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
