Meta and Facebook Lead Ads data

With the explicit authorisation of its business customers, Sodo CRM (formerly Novera CRM) can connect to Facebook Pages and Lead Ads forms. In that scope it may process page IDs and names, form details, field mappings, encrypted access tokens, and the name, phone, email and similar details submitted through lead forms.

This data is used only to create leads in the CRM account of the business concerned, assign them to authorised users and run CRM automations. A business’s Facebook connections and lead data are never shown to other businesses, sold or shared for advertising.

When the Facebook connection is removed from the CRM, or the user revokes the app’s access in Meta, the connection records, access tokens and form settings are deleted. Data deletion requests sent by Meta are processed automatically. Further access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to info@noveramedia.com.
