NoveraMedia.com (the “Website”) is operated by Novera Media – Hüseyin Ege Ermiş (sole proprietorship).
These terms apply to every user (the “User”) of the Website, our mobile apps and all digital software and services provided by Novera Media (the “Services”).

Novera Media provides software such as CRM and analysis tools, and subscription services delivered entirely online.
The services are digital and no physical product is delivered.
When payment is completed, a user account is created and access to the service is granted.

- not misuse the Services,
- not take any action that threatens the security of the system.

- Users are responsible for keeping their account details and passwords secure.
- Sharing an account, transferring it to third parties or unauthorised use is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for all actions taken through their account.

- Services may be offered under paid or free subscription plans.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
- Card and payment details are not stored by Novera Media.
- Invoices are issued electronically based on the details the user provides.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Novera Media may stop the service temporarily or permanently in the following cases:
- false, incomplete or misleading information
- account sharing or misuse
- unlawful activity
- behaviour that endangers system security
- failure to meet payment obligations
In these cases no compensation or refund is owed to the user.
7. Content and intellectual property
All software, design, text, logos, images and content provided on the Website and in the Services belong to Novera Media or are used under licence.
Without Novera Media’s written permission, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content commercially.
8. Third-party services and links
The Website or the Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. Novera Media is not responsible for their content or services.
9. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. Novera Media does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue or commercial losses.
No liability is accepted for interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance or force majeure.

Users’ personal data is processed and protected under the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, users accept the Privacy Policy.

Novera Media may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on the Website.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over any dispute.
