Novera Media is an agency that sets up English-language advertising and patient communication to bring patients from the UK to clinics in Turkey and the Balkans. We adapt the ad, welcome and follow-up flow we have used in health tourism since 2018 to the UK market.

Why the UK is a strong market

In the UK it has become hard to get an NHS dental appointment, and private treatment is expensive. As a result a very large number of British patients travel abroad for dental, hair transplant and aesthetic treatment. Turkey has long been one of the best-known destinations in this market, and thanks to cheap flights Balkan countries such as Albania are also seen as an option.

What British patients look for

  • Safety and aftercare: The British press has covered many treatments abroad that went wrong. Patients ask what happens if there is a problem, what the guarantee is and how check-ups work.
  • Who the doctor is: Who will do the treatment and how experienced they are should be shown clearly.
  • The total price: Patients expect a clear package price that includes everything except the flight.
  • Reviews: Google reviews and patient videos weigh heavily in the decision.

Advertising rules

Ads aimed at the UK fall under the rules of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Ads for cosmetic interventions must not target under-18s, and exaggerated or guaranteed claims are not allowed. Meta also restricts before-and-after images for cosmetic procedures. We set campaigns up within these rules.

What we do

  • English-language ads: Meta form and WhatsApp ads, plus Google ads for searches such as “dental implants Turkey”, “veneers abroad” or “hair transplant Turkey cost”.
  • Fast replies: An English welcome message the moment a lead arrives; if you want, an AI assistant keeps the conversation going outside working hours.
  • Content that builds trust: Doctor introductions, clinic tours and videos explaining aftercare.
  • Follow-up: In Sodo CRM each lead’s stage, deposit and appointment sit on one card.
